The MST-CAN International Research Workgroup recently held its annual meeting in London. The purpose of the group is to collaborate across sites on research related to MST-CAN. The meeting had representation from England, Switzerland, Sweden, Holland, and the United States. A number of exciting projects are underway.

MST-CAN sites hold a very high standard to exhibit feasibility of the program, acceptability by workers and families, and clinical outcomes.

This initial research is generally conducted in the first 2 to 4 years of a project when the model is infused into a new culture. The work is intense and comprehensive and the families have complex situations. We want to continue to establish evidence that we are helping.
